What we collect

Sellers: account email, store details, products and orders. Buyers: mobile number (verified by SMS OTP), name and delivery details entered at checkout, and the items ordered.

How we use it

Only to run your catalog, deliver orders to the seller on WhatsApp, prevent fake orders and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

A buyer's order details are visible only to the store they ordered from. Each store's data is kept separate from every other store.

SMS verification

One-time codes are sent through our SMS provider solely to verify the buyer's mobile number.
