The service

OrdersKaro lets sellers publish product catalogs and receive orders from buyers on WhatsApp. The sale contract, payment, delivery and returns are between the seller and the buyer.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for their product information, prices, tax rates and compliance with applicable laws, and must not list prohibited goods.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Suspension

We may suspend stores that misuse the platform, send spam or list illegal items.
